I registered to be an IllinoisBenefits.org user but have not received my username or password. It's been more than two weeks. What do I do?

When I try to log in to Medicare Interactive through the Professional Resource Center I get an error message that says, “You are not authorized to view this page.” How can I fix this?

If you have been using the consumer version of Medicare Interactive (which does not require a password), you may receive an error message the first time you try to access Medicare Interactive University. If this happens, simply click the “log out” button and then enter the user name and password for your professional account when prompted.

I want to sign up for access to BenefitsCheckUp but it is not an option on the registration page. Can I still get access to BenefitsCheckUp through Illinois Benefits?

Registration has closed for BenefitsCheckUp. If your organization would like to establish an account for this resource, please contact the BenefitsCheckUp team (see below). To learn more about the tool, visit www.BenefitsCheckUp.org.

I have a new (email address, telephone number, etc.) and I need to change the information you have on file for me. How can I do that?

At the bottom of every issue of our weekly electronic newsletter, Dear Marci – Illinois Benefits, there is an option to update the information we have in your account. Scroll down to “To modify your profile, please click here” and complete the profile update form.
